To the mothers.
To the bottle washing and diaper changing and up all night tired mom.
To the boo-boo kissers and "please" and "thank you" teachers.
To the car pooling soccer mom.
From the Organic, free range, only natural food mom
to the "Yup, Chick-fil-A again!" mom.
To the PTA president mom
and to the I’m just trying to get out of the teenage years mom.
We support you. The days are long but the years are short and before you know it, these days will be gone.
To the Grandmas.
You made it out alive!
You raised your own now enjoy spoiling those grand kids; giving them lots of sugar and then passing them back with a wink and a “good luck!”.
We honor you and thank you... for all the free babysitting.
To the beautiful women who are waiting.
Waiting for your chance, your time and your own to hold and love.
God sees your deepest desire and your hearts cry.
We pray for you and believe that Gods timing is always on time.
To the moms who have said goodbye, for now, to their child. You hold on so tight to the memory of their sweet life. You have been changed forever by their birth and also their passing. Today is hard and we see you, we love you and we know that God is with you. One day you will hold them again, kiss the top of their head, smell their sweet smell and it will be as if no time has passed at all.
To the ones missing their mom today.
Her laugh, her ability to know just what to say, the smell of her favorite perfume or the way she hums a song. What a beautiful legacy she has left behind. You take all the good you have learned from her and try so very hard to make her proud.
We stand with you and say, you are with family today.
To the women who mentor others.
Teach in Sunday school.
Love on nieces and nephews.
Lead board rooms.
Care for elderly parents.
To the women who are spiritual mommas to many.
To those who simply open their heart to others. We say you are highly favored. You are brave and courageous and doing kingdom work!
We say Happy Mother’s Day!
